*e-Bologna* CEEPUS Coordination Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

We warmly invite you to the network coordination meeting at the University of Miskolc. As you all know, Dr. Katerina Sinclair took over the network coordination from Dr. Nadežda Salmhoferová last fall. The coordination meeting offers, on the one hand, an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, and on the other hand, a space to discuss the changes and new challenges we need to respond to. Furthermore, we aim to establish a joint platform for more effective information exchange, present tried-and-true cooperation formats, and discuss new ideas. If you would like to attend, please notify us unofficially via email (tunde.paksy@uni-miskolc.hu) to help with planning. For the official process, applications are to be submitted via ceepus.info, and we kindly ask you to apply by July 15. Click here for further details on the application process.

Participants will receive support in the amount of HUF 65,000 to cover accommodation and meals. The sum will be transferred by the University of Miskolc shortly after the meeting; unfortunately, cash payment is not possible. Coordinators from PPUs joining the network starting from 2025-26 may apply as freemovers, as well as interested parties outside the network who intend to join later. A total of 15 applications can be supported.
