LIFT Challenge
LIFT stands for Launching Investment for Future Transformation and is a FREE global sustainability challenge with a chance to win a portion of $15,000.
LIFT is a great opportunity for students to learn new skills and develop their leadership experience in a collaborative environment focused on pressing, real-world issues in sustainability. LIFT is the ultimate combination of a case competition and an investment proposal designed for students to submit ideas for innovative blended finance and impact investing strategies to address any social and/or environmental issue that resonates with them.
Students will learn how blended finance-based impact investing combines public/government financing and sometimes philanthropy with private capital to facilitate important sustainability solutions. You can even choose a topic/issue that might help the missions of organizations you work with outside your school.
