Academic Recognition!

At the Ceremonial Senate Meeting on 6th September 2024, the University of Miskolc honoured lecturers and researchers for outstanding professional and academic achievements which strengthened the reputation of the university both domestically and internationally.

In our institute five of our lecturers were among the recipients.  Dr. Renáta Kriston, Associate Professor, received 2 awards - the title of Distinguished Lecturer of the University of Miskolc and the University of Miskolc Outstanding Academic Author 2023 Award. Dr. Tünde Paksy, Associate Professor, received recognition for her work in international relations. Dr. Attila Dósa, Associate Professor, was awarded the University of Miskolc Outstanding Academic Author 2023 Award. Anna Emőke Sasvári, assistant lecturer, and Julia Clare Váraljai, language teacher, received the Dean's Commendation for their outstanding teaching activities.
